Nonetheless, Sir Henrik will refer to various cases where BDSM has appeared in the criminal courts, in Canada, the US, and in the UK. And you will be asked to discuss whether what the courts did was appropriate. If time permits, we may be able to chat about BDSM in the Civil Law context, especially in family law.
